Grant timely access to accounts, platforms, and necessary materials
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
5. Fees & Payments
Payment terms will be stated in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final deliverables created for you. ATM & Co. retains rights to pre-existing materials, templates, and processes. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the project.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our services. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ATM & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
