Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to the questions we hear most — so you can move forward with confidence.

Who we work with

What industries do you work with?

We partner with service-based businesses of all sizes — from local trades and boutique shops to professional services and luxury brands. If you need a steady flow of high-quality leads, we can help.

Do you work with clients in Glendale, CA?

Yes. ATM & Co. is proudly based in Glendale, California, and we work closely with many local businesses to grow their visibility, attract more customers, and increase revenue.

Do you serve businesses across Los Angeles?

Absolutely. We work with clients across all of Los Angeles County — from Pasadena and Burbank to Santa Monica and Downtown LA — helping them reach the right audience with precision-targeted marketing.

Do you work with businesses outside of California?

Yes. While we love serving local businesses in Southern California, we also work with companies nationwide. Our digital marketing systems are designed to deliver results no matter where your business is located.

Services & scope

What’s included in your marketing packages?

Each package is custom-built to match your goals. We offer website design, CRM setup, paid advertising, local SEO, creative content, and data-driven strategy. You can choose individual services or an all-in-one growth package.

Can I start with one service and add more later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single service — like paid ads or website design — and add more once they see the results.

What if I already have a website, CRM, or ad accounts?

That’s common, and usually an advantage. We audit what already exists before proposing anything. Most of the time we preserve your history and improve on it rather than starting over — and if a rebuild genuinely serves you better, we’ll show you why.

Do you manage ad spend or just campaigns?

We handle both. We can manage your campaigns while ad spend is billed directly to you, or consolidate everything under one invoice for simplicity.

Process & timelines

What happens after I book a consultation?

A focused strategy session to understand your business, audience, and objectives — not a pitch. You’ll leave with a clear read on what we’d prioritize first and why, whether or not you decide to work with us. If it’s a fit, you get a written scope and price before any work begins.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll work directly with Alex, the founder — not an account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. For specialized production we bring in trusted collaborators, but strategy, decisions, and communication stay with one person who knows your business.

What’s your typical turnaround time for a website?

Most websites are launched within 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and client responsiveness.

How do you measure success?

We track the metrics that matter most — leads, conversions, and revenue — not just vanity metrics. Every client gets clear performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Pricing & terms

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to your goals, so there is no single price list. Most work takes one of three shapes: a one-time build such as a website or landing pages, a monthly retainer for ads, SEO, or content, or a combination of both. You’ll have a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts — no open-ended hourly billing.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We offer flexible month-to-month agreements so you can scale or pause based on your needs.

Do I own my website, accounts, and data?

Yes. Your domain, hosting, ad accounts, CRM, and analytics stay in your name with you as the owner — we work inside them rather than holding them. If we ever part ways, there is nothing to hand back, because none of it was ever ours.
