Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final deliverables created for you. ATM & Co. retains rights to pre-existing materials, templates, and processes. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the project.

8Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our services. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ATM & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
